Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect little, we use it only for the waitlist, and you can ask us to delete it. Version en-US-2026-10-15-2, dated October 15, 2026.
Who we are
This site is published by Pharma Coa S.L. (4354 collins avenue, Miami Beach ). Write to [email protected] about anything here.
What we collect
- From the waitlist form: your first name, mobile number, email (optional if you choose calls and texts), ZIP code, city and the interest you pick.
- A consent record: the date, the wording you saw (en-US-2026-10-15-2, and tel-en-US-2026-10-15-1 if you ticked the call and text box), your confirmation that you are 18 or older, the page you used and a shortened network address. We use that address only to limit repeated sign-ups and blank it after 24 hours.
- From visits: a simple counter records the page, the type of event (such as a page view or a button click) and the site you came from. It sets no cookies and does not follow you from page to page. Entries older than 25 months are deleted.
Why we use it
- To write to you about the waitlist by email.
- To call or text the mobile number you gave, only if you tick the separate call and text box.
- To keep a coded record of what you agreed to.
- To count visits so we know which pages people read.
Health-related information
Your interest in a hair loss consultation can say something about your health. Some states treat this as consumer health data and require clear consent, so we ask for it with a box that is not pre-ticked. A second, optional box covers calls and texts. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy sets out the details on a page of its own. We do not claim to be a health care provider or to be covered by laws that apply to providers.
Calls and texts
If you tick the box, we may call you and send texts or prerecorded voicemails about your waitlist place and about clinics that open near you. These can be marketing, and we may use automated systems. The waitlist does not depend on the box: leave it empty and we write by email. To stop, reply STOP, email [email protected] or tell us in any other clear way. We end all calls and texts promptly and within 10 business days at the latest, with a single text to confirm, and we keep your number in coded form on a do-not-contact list. We contact you only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your time zone. Message and data rates may apply.
Who sees it
Our team and the service provider that hosts the site and stores waitlist entries for us, under a contract that limits it to our instructions. Today no clinic or other third party receives your details. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.
That will change before any clinic receives your data. We will first ask for your separate consent, naming the clinic. If the clinic pays us for your contact, we will also ask for a separate signed authorization to sell, which you can revoke. Without them, nothing goes to a clinic.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist entry: deleted automatically 12 months after you join, in a daily clean-up. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we do.
- Proof of consent: after that, a coded fingerprint of your phone number and email (it cannot be turned back into them), the consent dates and wording versions, the channels you chose and your 18-plus confirmation stay for 3 years. There is no name, ZIP code, city or interest in it, and no readable phone number or email. It lets us prove what you agreed to and honor a withdrawal.
- Our hosting provider may keep brief backups after a deletion.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your details. Email us with the mobile number or email you used. We answer within 45 days and delete within 30 days of confirming your request.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. Doing so does not affect what we did before.
- If we refuse, appeal by replying to our answer. Residents of some states have extra rights, for example under California and Washington law. Write to us and we will follow the law that applies to you.
Children
The waitlist is for adults 18 or older, and the form asks you to confirm your age. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone younger.
Cookies
We set none. See the cookies page.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the version and date at the top. A new version of a consent text starts with the next sign-up.
