How We Choose Partner Clinics

Microneedling Hair is not a clinic. If we ever pass your details to a clinic, it will be one that passed the checks below.

Last reviewed:

Where things stand, October 15, 2026. We have no partner clinic yet and we list none. That is why the form is a waitlist. The checks below are what we will require before that changes.

What a clinic will have to show

  • A verified license. We will look up the clinic and its physician in the official state registry, such as the state medical board. A claim on the clinic's own site will not be enough.
  • A responsible physician. A named doctor who is accountable for the care, ideally a dermatologist.
  • A device cleared for what is advertised. We will check the FDA databases. The FDA's consumer update says it has not cleared any microneedling device for hair loss, so a clinic that advertises one as cleared for hair would not pass.
  • Sterile single-use needle cartridges. The FDA advises asking about this, because reused cartridges can spread infection.
  • Advertising without promises. No guaranteed results, no claims that outrun the studies, no made-up reviews.
  • Real photos only. Any before and after photo will need written patient consent.
  • A written quote. Prices vary by clinic, so we will ask clinics to put theirs in writing.

What we will not do

  • We will not rank clinics with stars or scores.
  • We will not diagnose, or tell you which treatment to choose.
  • We will not refer people to clinics for PRP or for any treatment this site does not cover.
  • We will not pass on your details without your separate consent.

What happens when you join the waitlist

You leave your details on the waitlist form. When a verified clinic opens near you, we will write to you. If we ever share your details with a clinic, we will ask for your consent first and name the clinic.

Compensation

A partner clinic may compensate us. That would not change these checks or what we write about the evidence. See how we are paid.
